Happy Thanksgiving

The Thanksgiving holiday is a time to think back on the past year and be grateful for all the wonderful people who made it special. It is an opportunity to say ‘Thank You’ and share why these folks are so important to us.

To my fellow team-members, I truly love sharing this organization with all of you and appreciate how well you have managed such a unique year. I am so proud of the way you maintained focus while the business demand ramped up. I sincerely appreciate the grace you showed us while we all figured out the style of work that suited our company best. And I love the collaboration and increased feedback that you continue to give. This is your company, and your voice matters more than ever before.

To our customers, thank you for trusting in us. The economic recovery from this pandemic is all over the place and knowing where to place your investments is more stressful than ever. We appreciate you investing in Melink and this team understands what it took for you to choose us. Change is constant and our people will continue to show the world why partnering with us in these most uncertain times is the right call.

Finally, thank you for your trust in me. Transitioning into the CEO role certainly brought some challenges but the support from my fellow employees and the steadiness of our leadership team made sure this company remained at its best. I am so grateful for what we were able to achieve coming out of last year and cannot wait to keep it up in 2022.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving,

Eric DiNardo
